Membership dues, special events and activities now provide funding, with increasing emphasis on sponsorship and corporate funding. Cocoa Main Street is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership at the annual meeting held in October. Between annual meetings, the current board fills open positions. All members are eligible for election to the board.
